Terms & Conditions

By registering and participating as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

The TasteNaija Affiliate Program allows individuals (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting TasteNaija food products and services using a unique referral link.

To participate:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate personal and payment details
• You must complete the affiliate activation process (including payment, if required)

• Affiliates may be required to pay a one-time access fee
• Your account will be activated after successful payment and verification
• Access is personal and non-transferable

• Commission is calculated based on the final order value (excluding refunds, cancellations, or failed payments)
• Commission rates may be reviewed and adjusted at any time

A sale is considered valid only when:

• The customer completes payment successfully
• The order is not cancelled or refunded
• The order is tracked through your affiliate link

• Commissions are accumulated in your affiliate dashboard
• Minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g. ₦5,000)
• Payments are processed after a waiting period (e.g. 7–10 days) to account for refunds or disputes
• Payments are made to the bank details provided by the affiliate

• If a customer order is refunded or cancelled, the commission will be reversed
• Fraudulent or self-generated transactions will lead to commission cancellation

Affiliates MUST NOT:

• Engage in spam messaging or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Use misleading or false advertising
• Impersonate TasteNaija or its staff
• Promote using illegal or unethical methods
• Attempt to manipulate tracking or commission systems

TasteNaija reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
• Withhold commissions in cases of fraud or abuse
• Remove access without prior notice if terms are violated

TasteNaija is not responsible for:

• Loss of income due to system errors or downtime
• Affiliate marketing performance
• Third-party platform issues (WhatsApp, social media, etc.)

TasteNaija may update these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
